We can attend your chosen premises and carry out a full survey and produce a schedule of equipment installed or a full as-installed drawing. This is generally limited to electrical and mechanical systems. We can also work alongside architects and consultants to produce record or installation drawings.
We can work with you to produce full working drawings or record drawings from your initial hand-drawn layouts. We can also convert consultant’s drawings onto your own drawing title layout and produce a drawing issue register.

We can take your project from tender / order stage and either work with your own operatives or carry out the work as a full subcontract package. Our existing experience in the industry enables us to offer this package to a wide range of projects.

We can carry out pat testing in several ways.
One is for site-based equipment. We can come to your site to minimise your downtime and carry out the test and inspections at a time best suited to you. The other is for our tester to visit your premises and test all office and site-based equipment in the same location.
All results will then be presented in a format of your choice.

These manuals can be either produced at the end of the project or we can work on the production and collation of the information on a regular time scale and have a fully compliant document available at practical completion. We can also produce record drawings and again there are options.
Option 1, a hand drawn mark up from your site personnel and we produce a full AutoCad drawing.
Option 2, a full site survey and production of AutoCad drawings.
